Dirty 330 Detailing LLC (“Dirty 330 Detailing”, “we”, “us”) is a mobile auto detailing business serving the Mahoning Valley in Ohio. This policy covers dirty330.com, our quote form, bookings and our text messages.

• Your name, mobile phone number and email address
• Your ZIP code, service address and details about your vehicle
• The services you ask about or book, your appointments, prices, and any notes you send us
• Whether you agreed to receive text messages, which kind, and when — including the exact wording you agreed to and the IP address the form was sent from
• Basic technical details our website host records when a page loads, such as IP address and browser type, used to keep the site running and secure

• To answer your request, and to schedule and perform your service
• To send appointment confirmations, reminders, on-the-way notices and job updates, and to ask for a review after a service
• If you separately agreed to it, to send occasional offers and a reminder when your vehicle is due for its next service
• To keep records of our work and of your text message choices

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the companies that run our business tools, and only so they can do that work for us: the companies that host this website, deliver our email and store our records, and Czar CRM, customer-management and text messaging software provided by ZAB Ventures LLC, which sends our texts through its messaging providers. They process your information only on our behalf and do not use it for their own purposes. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

We only send text messages to people who have agreed to receive them. Appointment and service texts and offers are separate choices: each has its own box on our quote form, both start unticked, and neither is required to send a request. You can also agree to appointment and service texts out loud when you book with us by phone or in person. Offers are only sent if you ticked that box yourself.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Your consent to receive texts from Dirty 330 Detailing applies to Dirty 330 Detailing only. It is never transferred to, or used by, any other business.
