SMS Terms

The terms of the Dirty 330 Detailing Text Messages program: what we send, how you agree, and how to stop.

Last updated October 25, 2026

The program

Dirty 330 Detailing LLC (“Dirty 330 Detailing”) runs the Dirty 330 Detailing Text Messages program. It sends two kinds of texts, and you choose each one separately:

  • Appointment and service texts: confirmations, reminders, on-the-way notices, job updates, and a request for a review after your service.
  • Offers and reminders: occasional offers, and a reminder when your vehicle is due for its next service.

How you agree

On our quote form, each kind has its own checkbox. Both start unticked, both are optional, and you can tick one, both or neither — your request sends either way. The first reads:

Text me about my appointments and services from Dirty 330 Detailing: confirmations, reminders, on-the-way notices, job updates and a review request after each job. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

The second reads:

Also text me occasional offers and reminders when my next service is due from Dirty 330 Detailing. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

When you book with us by phone or in person, we may ask you out loud whether we can send appointment and service texts, using these words:

Is it OK if Dirty 330 Detailing texts you about your appointment — confirmations, reminders, updates and a review request afterward? Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP anytime to stop, or HELP for help. Our text terms and privacy policy are at dirty330.com/sms-terms and dirty330.com/privacy.

A spoken yes only covers appointment and service texts. We only send offers if you ticked that box yourself. After you agree, our first text confirms you’re signed up and how to stop. Agreeing to texts is never a condition of buying anything from us.

How often

Message frequency varies, depending on your appointments and services.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE and OPTOUT also work. You’ll get one text confirming you’re unsubscribed, and no further texts of either kind. To start appointment texts again, reply START or tell us.

Help

Reply HELP to any message for help. You can also reach us directly: call or text (208) 605-0758 or email shane@dirty330.com.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

See our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.
